Non DSH-Atascadero Participants will be provided with a CME certificate at the conclusion of the training day that can be used to document continuing education for licensure.

Learning Objectives:

1)         To learn how to make the paradigm shift to competency based supervision.

2)         To learn and practice a method for observing / reviewing a session or recording

3)         To learn the importance of appropriate documentation in clinical supervision

4)         To increase one’s ability to deal effectively with confrontation and gatekeeping in supervisory relationships
